What You Get
Quality Wine
The wines we offer are carefully selected. We only sell wines that we recommend. We pick quality wines based on extensive testing and our experience. We also check how the winery works. Our wines are also tested by a customer panel. Many of the wines have impressive ratings e.g. on Vivino.
Local and Authentic Wine
We work with family owned wine makers rather than large scale industrial producers. We prefer to support local grower producers who own their land rather than merchants. We believe in the trend of traceable and authentic food. So far, we only work with single grape wines and no blends. The wine should also - to the extent possible - be from a single plot.
App Access
As a MyWineShare customer, you will get access to our unique customer app for your wine. The app will help you to get to know your vineyard, the work, your wine maker and your wine. In addition, we have added food pairing recommendations and weather and vintage statistics. We are using new technology such as 360 degree photos, drone videos and web cameras to make you feel as close as possible to your vineyard and your wine.
Get to Know your Wine Maker
The wine maker plays a critical role in ensuring that a great wine is produced with character and with expression of the terroir - the soil, climate, and local growing conditions. Through your customer app you will get to know your wine maker. You will understand his wine making philosophy, how he works, and all the work that is required to make quality wine.
Non Binding Purchase
Buying wine at MyWineShare should be easy and non-binding. You only commit to the purchase of 6 bottles that will be delivered to your home. For some expensive wines, the minimum requirement can be 3 bottles.
Upgrade Options
We offer upgrades based on requests that we receive from our customers. So far, we offer:
- Subscription: Will ensure convenient deliveries each year, and ensure a preferential allocation of volume e.g. if wines sell out.
- Photo Book: Hard cover photo book that beautifully presents your vineyard, the work, your wine, the Winery.
- Recommended Champagne Glasses.
In the future we will look into wooden boxes and other requests.
Vineyard Visits
Many customers ask us if they can visit their vineyard. The answer is yes, and in the customer app we include both the map of the vineyard plot, visiting instruction and driving instructions.
Hospitality Recommendations
We offer hospitality recommendations to customers who want to visit their "own" vineyard and see their vines, grapes, barrel/tanks or bottles - depending on the time of the year and the stage of the wine making process.
